The driver has been identified as 18-year-old Obdulia "Lula" Sanchez. She was wearing her seatbelt and only suffered minor injuries.
She'd over-corrected on a turn, causing the car to swerve across both lanes before crashing through a wire fence and rolling over in a field off of the road.
She was detained and taken to an ambulance after being agitated and combative. She kept screaming that her sister was dead.
She has since been charged with vehicular manslaughter while under the influence, and DUI.
She's being held on a $300,000 bond.
